Ballina Salmon Run 2011 (Sprint Tri)

Very suitable for first time triathletes. In particular, our swim leg is with the current in the fast flowing River Moy therefore less challenging for those novice athletes who are nervous about undertaking the swim leg in a triathlon. The bike leg is an out and in course and the run course is relatively flat.

Attracta Doherty Annual Pink 'n' Gold Triathlon 2011

This July/August bank holiday weekend see's us return for year 2 of our main fundraising event, the Attracta Doherty Pink 'n' Gold Triathlon. The event will again be held in the especially scenic Lakeside Manor Hotel, Dublin Road, Virginia, Co. Cavan. Application form's can be printed from our website and we hope to make this year's event even bigger and better than last year. We look forward to seeing you all again this year and hope you will contribute to making this fundraiser an even bigger
