Registration takes place in the Grand Hotel from 11am until 2pm Saturday 10th sept.

Race start at 4pm.

Swim Info

The swim course is upstream 250M amd downstream 500M swim to the rowing club.

Safety in the water is our main concern. We will have divers, kayaks and speed boat in the water on the day.

If you are a weaker swimmer, then stay at the back of your wave. This will ensure that you enjoy the swim at your own pace.

Wet suits are manditory. you will not be permitted to swim without one.

Bike Info

The bike course is a loop from fermoy, out to castlehyde and returning in a loop to transition.

The course will be marshalled and this is a strictly non-drafting event.

Helmets must be worn by all athletes.

Run Info

The run is a good course It has changed from last year !

The course now runs out to the graveyard out in the direction of Castlehyde and back to the finish line.
